Radial pump adapter for short brake pipes

SRT APR (radial pump adapter) is an essential accessory for the correct assembly of the original brake pipes after replacing the original axial pump with a radial type brembo or accossato or discacciati; made of stainless steel to ensure maximum safety and robustness.

You have to know that the radial pumps have the entry for the brake screw in the lower part of the pump, towards the road, while the standard axial pumps have the connection of the pipes parallel to the handlebar.

This position is due precisely to the axial or radial shape of the position of the pump piston.

In the image above it can be seen how the position of attack of the tubes varies. After replacing the pump with a radial (qui trovi una guida per il montaggio) the original tubes are short due to the angle of the fitting on the standard brake lines; herewith, with our adapter you can bring the connection from under the pump in a lateral position for a correct assembly of the original brake pipes.

But where does it mount?

The adapter or radial pump fitting is mounted directly on the pump with a classic brake screw, then the pipes will be connected exactly to their natural position.

The radial pump adapter works for both the brake pump and the clutch pump (hydraulic clutch), it is compatible with all the pumps on the market (Brembo, Braking, Accossato, SRT, Nissin, IRC, PT, Discacciati ecc.) And it is available both for single and double tubes, or for systems with ABS system.

The APR is universal, has a length of about 4 cm and is supplied according to the requests in these two configurations:

     with screw pitch 1 to a short hole for a single pipe (APRC)
     with screw screw 1 with two long holes for two pipes (APRL)

Both are equipped with respective brake linings.
